1. Design and confirm the software user interface wrap solution
2. Read help documentation of the skin builder to know which format of images will be used .
3. Create the relative images and color scheme based on the user interface wrap solution
4. Run SkinTool.exe, click "New" to create a new UI Resource Project file ,and finish the settings.
5. Click "Demo" on the toolbar to give a demonstration.
6. The design mode is visual,developers can see the skin effect instantly
7. Click "Test" on the toolbar to test the current settings.
8. Click "Make" after ensuring that you need not modify anything . SkinTool will pop a message window with "Create URF successfully!" if created the skin package successfully.
