What is URF ? What is URP ?

URF is the special file format for AppFace skins , click here for more . URP is the project file which skin creator used to make a URF . You can make a URF with a URP ,or import a URF to a URP .

Now that the skin creator - SkinTool is a freeware, whty it has a "Input your license code" dialog?

It is not necessary to input a public license code here. It is used only to create a "Only me" type URF skins .This type of URF skin named "Personal URF",it depends on the user's license code,only the creator can use this type of URF skins.

This option is not available if the input key is invalid.

I do not hope others use the URF skin which I created, how to do it?

1.Run SkinTool, select Tool -> Input a license code, and input your AUDK license code here.
2.Click "AppFace UI Resource Project" in object window.
3.Open option window ,set "URF Type" to "only me" .
4.Click "Save" ,then "Make"

REMARK: Others can use this skin yet if the input license code is invalid .

Can I modify a created URF ?

Yes .Click Import on SkinTool , select URF , then you can modify the current URP . Click Make after you finished the modify to get the final URF .

How to import a URF skin from XP themes ?

Click Import on SkinTool menu , select "Windows XP theme(*.msstyles)",then you can import the theme you need .

How to clean the value of font item or image file item in SkinTool option window ?

Right click font item or image file item ,it will pop a menu, then click "Clean this item".
